BOE architects of Tacoma hired Christine ‘Dean' Wright as a project associate. Wright is managing the design of a waterfront custom residential project in Gig Harbor and working on 3D delineation for a new Aquatic Center addition at the University of Puget Sound.
Parametrix hired Chuck Schott as a transportation engineer in its Sumner office. Schott has 20 years of experience designing civil and transportation projects in Western Washington. Schott's expertise is in roadway, highway, and interchange analysis and design. He will be working on projects for the Tulalip Tribes. His past projects include First Avenue South roadway and drainage improvements in Burien, the Seattle Neighborhood Street Fund Sidewalk planning and design in Seattle, and State Route 167 HOT Lanes.
ORB Architects of Renton hired Yong Sun Lee as a designer and Building Information Modeling lead. Lee has eight years of experience. She will provide staff technical training and support, and will develop of the firm's BIM standards and update the working-drawings manual. Yong is working on new housing for military families at Eielson Air Force Base in Alaska. The firm said that Yong's hiring represents a step forward in ORB Architects' use of BIM as a design tool.
Cierra Electrical Group hired Jon Krombein as a project manager. Krombein has five years of experience designing electrical systems for educational, healthcare and retail facilities.

Todd Hoffman as a senior project reservoir engineer and
John Edgerly as a project water resources engineer in its Redmond office. Hoffman specializes in reservoir modeling and has extensive experience in fracture modeling and simulating flow through fractures. Edgerly specializes in hydrologic and hydraulic analysis for surface water and river engineering projects. He has worked in Golder's Calgary office for the past three years.

Tim Kraft, to principals. Lee, who works in the Lake Oswego office, has been with the firm for six years and has 25 years of experience. Lee's primary responsibility is project management and the design of transportation structures. He recently worked on the Diamond Creek Bridge replacement project in an environmentally sensitive section of U.S. Forest Service land in Douglas County, Ore. Kraft, who works in the Vancouver office, has been with the firm for five years, and has 15 years of experience in engineering and 12 years of experience in construction. His expertise includes sewer and stormwater master planning, conveyance system sizing and design, floodplain studies, stream restoration projects and water-related modeling. He recently worked on the Highway 99 Bridge over Salmon Creek in Clark County.

Eric Reeves as a senior project manager and associate. Reeves has more than 20 years of experience in designing, managing and estimating electrical systems for large projects including commercial high rises, industrial applications and hospitals. His previous experience includes regional management for a major electrical contractor to senior project manager, construction supervisor, liaison engineer and owner's representative.
