Hart Crowser hired Mary Mitchener as an environmental regulatory specialist and Mary Beth Hughes as a marketing specialist. Mitchener has 16 years of experience. She manages projects that involve environmental assessment and cleanup, technical auditing, environmental management systems, hazardous waste management and disposal, and stormwater permitting and management. She previously worked at the firm for three years. Hughes, previously a long-time Hart Crowser employee, most recently worked for a small independent publishing company. Hart Crowser is an environmental and engineering consulting firm headquartered in Seattle.

Trindera Engineering hired Rob Haneline as director of quality control and project development and management. He has worked on projects for utilities, schools districts, colleges, universities, municipalities, commercial and industrial customers. He has developed staffing plans, work schedules, budgets and timelines, and negotiated contracts. Trindera specializes in electrical, controls, lighting and specialty systems, and is based in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho.

Anne M. Hanenburg of SPVV Landscape Architects in Spokane passed the Washington Landscape Architect Registration Examination. SPVV provides landscape architecture and planning services.
DCI Engineers named Roger Heeringa president of the company and Mark Aden vice president. The senior management team also includes Troy Bean and Grant Buckingham in the Seattle office, and Damon Smith in the Spokane office. Heeringa has been with the company for more than 20 years. He has extensive design and project management experience. For the past four years, he has been vice president. DCI is a civil and structural engineering firm headquartered in Seattle.
Matt Aalfs and Sarah Shults are now principals with Weinstein A|U Architect + Urban Designers in Seattle. Aalfs led design of the Kenmore Library and the Seattle Public Library Montlake Branch. He was the project lead for the Sherwood Athletic Center at Whitman College in Walla Walla, and has worked with nonprofits, including the Low Income Housing Institute. He is co-chair of the AIA Seattle Diversity Roundtable and has been an instructor and a lecturer at the UW Department of Architecture. Shults has been controller and business manager since 2000. She has experience in office management, from financials to human resources and infrastructure. She is a member of the Society for Design Administration.
Meng Analysis hired Don Koslowsky as director of cost and construction management. He has 22 years of experience providing cost engineering and construction management for military, civil, environmental and other projects for public and private owners. He was formerly with MOCA Systems. Kevin David with Meng received certification from the Building Commissioning Association, and Rahul Nagalkar is a value specialist certified by SAVE International. Seattle-based Meng provides quality and cost performance services.
SoundEarth Strategies hired Nathan Hardebeck as stormwater program manager. He has 10 years of stormwater experience in public and private sectors, including planning and training, program assessment and advanced BMP. He previously was at CWT LLC.
GeoEngineers hired five people in its Puget Sound offices. Darrin Farmer, an associate applied technology group leader in Tacoma, has 14 years of experience in information and technology services, and was most recently at Weston Solutions. His expertise includes geographic information systems, asset management systems, project management, application development, and system integration. Geoff Garrison is a senior geochemist in Seattle with a background in isotope biogeochemistry of aquatic systems and groundwater/surface water interaction. He recently worked at an R&D company developing techniques for sequestering carbon dioxide in building products like concrete. In the Redmond office, Cindy Tingley was hired as the IT support services leader, Jon Bolton as an IT support services technician and Cody Gibson as a field technician for geotechnical projects. GeoEngineers is a Seattle-based earth science, engineering and technology firm.
