Winnfield at Lakemont

Developer and builder CamWest is putting the finishing touches on its Winnfield at Lakemont project -- a 35-lot planned residential development in Bellevue at 164th Avenue Southeast and Southeast Cougar Mountain Way. The 9.5-acre project is nestled between two permanently protected greenbelts.

The entrance to the site features a cascading waterfall that abuts natural open space. A walking trail and footbridge cross a wetland to a nearby city-owned park. On the opposite side of the entrance is a full-size tennis court placed on top of an underground stormwater detention vault. Narrow, winding streets are another amenity, adding to the pedestrian feel of the neighborhood.

Homes are clustered on lots averaging about 6,000 square feet. Inside, the homes offer 3,000 square feet of space and include three to five bedrooms. They are selling from the low $500,000s and up.

Members of the project team include: Triad Associates, site planning, civil engineering and surveying; Architectonics and the Dahlin Group, architects; WCA Northwest, landscape architect; and Malone’s Landscape and Nursery, entrance design and installation. Site sales are managed by Bill Jolley and David Liddle of Coldwell Banker Bain Associates' Bellevue office.
