Black ice is bad news.
Just ask Isidro Laguna, who was seriously hurt in a multiple-car accident involving the icy stuff. But as he later learned the hard way, if you sue the state of Washington for damages for failing to prevent the black ice condition, the road to recovery can be just as slippery.
