Should employers block access to Facebook, Yahoo, Gmail and other social Internet sites? Can you stop people from using work time to browse around online? Is it acceptable to allow people a little down time to check the weather online or check their personal e-mail or social networking accounts?
Smokers take breaks outside the building, others use personal phones for personal calls, so could nonsmokers and non-talkers be allowed a little leeway too?
