Tommy Bahama appointed Joey Rodolfo director of design for men's sportswear. Rodolfo will be based in the company's new Seattle office. He has 20 years of design and executive experience. He was vice president of design for Callaway Golf. Tommy Bahama's headquarters are in New York and Seattle.
Kent-based Integrated Healthcare Systems announced James E. Torina, a company founder and its chief executive officer, will also take on duties of president. Integrated Healthcare provides equipment and software to pharmacies to track drug inventories.
Seattle's Bartell Drugs named Ed Littleton chief operating officer. He has been vice president of operations for 12 years. Rebecca Sigmund, former director of marketing, is now assistant vice president of marketing and will oversee marketing campaigns, promotions and community relations. Mike McMurray, assistant vice president of marketing for 12 years, retired last year but works on special projects. Bartell has 52 stores in King, Snohomish and Pierce counties.

Marketing and technology services agency Write Image has opened 20,000 square feet of new offices in Kirkland. Vice President of Client Services Byron Fehler, formerly a manager at Microsoft, will oversee client accounts. Write Image focuses on technology, financial services and public sectors. The company also has offices in London and New York.
Law firm Preston Gates & Ellis named Ramona Emerson office managing partner in its Seattle office. Emerson has 13 years of experience and will oversee strategic planning, operations and business development. She has been with the firm since 1991. She concentrates on business litigation.
Law firm Reed, Longyear, Malnati & Ahrens is changing its name to Reed, Longyear, Malnati & Ahrens & West. Jenifer C. Merkel and Sally A. Jeffers have joined the firm as associates. The firm is based in Seattle.
SonoSite named Anne M. Bugge vice president of corporate affairs and John M. Lowell vice president of operations. Bugge will develop investor and corporate communications worldwide. She was a vice president for ATL Ultrasound. Lowell will focus on directing manufacturing operations, supplier management and information technology. SonoSite is based in Bothell and deals with small, lightweight systems for ultrasound.
Maryann Nelson was recently promoted to chief executive officer of Bellevue's Eastside Commercial Bank. Nelson has held senior level positions with Issaquah Bank, National Bank of Tukwila, Rainier National Bank and Seattle First National Bank. The bank caters to the needs of small business owners and professionals.
