Raylene Diaz has been named manager of the Wells Fargo SeaTac store. Diaz is a 17-year Wells Fargo veteran and most recently was as a personal banker in Burien.
The Bellevue Downtown Association promoted Leslie Ota to vice president. Ota has served the Bellevue Downtown Association since July, 1999 and is credited with creating the Bellevue Live after hours jazz series and Bellevue Downtown magazine.
Robin Eisner has joined MSNBC.com as senior health editor and Molly Masland has joined the company as health editor. Eisner formerly directed health coverage at ABCNews.com and will be based in New Jersey. Masland has been with MSNBC since 1988, most recently serving as a news producer, editor and reporter. She will be based in Redmond.
Spokane's Avista Corp. has been recognized for outstanding environmental stewardship on the Clark Fork River in Idaho and Montana. The National Hydropower Association named the company as an award winner in its annual Outstanding Stewardship of America's Rivers report. This is the fourth consecutive year that Avista has received the award recognizing its efforts to enhance natural and recreational resources in the lower Clark Fork River area. Avista operates the Cabinet Gorge and Noxon Rapids hydroelectric facilities on the river under a combined federal license called the Clark Fork Project

Judy Schurke has been appointed deputy director for operations at the Washington State Department of Labor and Industries. Schurke has been the employer member of the Washington State Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals and corporate workers' compensation manager at Boeing. Schurke replaces Eva Santos who was named deputy director for labor relations at the Office of Financial Management.
WestCoast Hospitality named Peter Hausback vice president and chief financial officer. Hausback has been the corporate controller and principal accounting officer for WestCoast since September 2002. Hausback replaces Arthur Coffey who was named president and CEO. Spokane-based WestCoast Hospitality owns, manages and franchises hotels throughout the Western United States
Short Cressman Burgess named John J. Houlihan a member. Houlihan will practice with the environmental, land use and natural resources section. Houlihan has been with the firm since 2000.
The Burke Museum named Israel Shotridge as artist-in-residence. Shotridge is a Tlingit master carver from the Tongass Tribe of Ketchikan. He will work on a replica of the Sun Raven Totem Pole at the Burke as part of his residency.
