Grant County Public Utility District Commissioners named Tim Culbertson general manager. Culbertson will continue to review the PUD's organizational structure. Culbertson previously named Linda Jones director of natural resources and public affairs. Human resources manager Tony Webb will report to the manager. Auditor Kim Justice will take on duties of public records officer.
The Everett company Unova named Tom Miller president of Intermec Technologies Corp. Intermec oversees Unova's automated data systems division. Miller, who worked in global sales and marketing, succeeds Larry D. Brady. Brady continues at Unova as chairman, chief executive officer and president. Steve Winter has been named executive vice president. Sue Taylor is chief information officer and vice president of human resources.
Pierce County Human Services seeks people to serve on its advisory board for aging and long-term care. The board advises on services for senior and disabled populations. Seattle Aquarium Society named two new members to its board of directors: Robert T. Leighton of Washington Mutual and John J. Lapham of Getty Images. The society has 15,000 members and is the official support organization for The Seattle Aquarium.
Seattle-based Adaptis, a provider of business process outsourcing services to health plans, appointed Joy Keenan as a director. She will oversee implementation of the Adaptis system and services at new client sites. Keenan has more than 20 years' experience in consulting and services industries

Lorne S. Richmond has been promoted to president of Richmond Public Relations. Former president Louis Richmond maintains the role of chief executive officer and Hamilton McCulloh is the new senior vice president. "I am excited to have him continue to expand his role and lead Richmond Public Relations into its next iteration," Louis Richmond said. The Seattle firm has clients in the U.S. and Canada.
James M. Clapper will become dean of the school of business at Pacific Lutheran University in Tacoma in June, succeeding Donald Bell who retired last year. Clapper is professor of marketing in the college of business administration at Belmont University in Nashville.
Dr. Danae N. Vu joins the hospital staff of Northwest Hospital and Medical Center in Seattle as an obstetrician and gynecologist. Vu earned her medical degree from New York Medical College.
The Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle named Steve Horton and Margarita Seeley senior vice presidents. Karl Shlaudeman is now vice president and John W. Blizzard is vice president of products and services. Dale A. Jeschke is assistant vice president.
Seattle-based Cancer Lifeline hired Susan Olds as program coordinator for its new Bellevue location at Eastgate Office Park off Interstate 90. Olds will work in marketing and community relations. Cancer Lifeline-Eastside supports cancer patients and their families, caregivers and friends.
Restaurateur Gordon M. Kushnick acquired Supreme in Seattle's Madrona neighborhood. Kushnick is former general manager of Dragonfish, Wasabi Bistro and Hiram's at the Locks. He bought Supreme from Tova Cubert and chef/partner Chris Hunter.
For Seattle's Union Gospel Mission's birthday party for the homeless, King's Command Meats donated 150 pounds of hamburger patties, Gai's Northwest Bakeries donated hamburger buns and Campbell Nelson Nissan and Volkswagen provided cakes. Floor To Ceiling in Tacoma donated 300 pairs of socks, which went into gift bags, along with over 500 protein bars provided by Alaska Airlines.
