Twisted Pair Solutions has appointed René Grossrieder as marketing and sales vice president. Seattle-based Twisted Pair Solutions designs, builds and delivers communications software.
SchemaLogic has named Michael Kilgore vice president of engineering. Schemalogic is based in Kirkland and provides business semantics management solutions.
HomeStreet Bank announced the eight recipients of the HomeStreet Community Housing Awards, a program that supports nonprofit organizations that work to meet housing-related needs in Washington, Oregon and Hawaii. The winners in the Puget Sound region were Abused Deaf Women's Advocacy Services, which addresses the needs of deaf, deaf-blind and hard-of-hearing victims of domestic violence; the Helping Hand House, which works to prevent and end homelessness in Pierce County; Homestead Community Land Trust, which helps low- to moderate-income families purchase homes; and the Springboard Alliance which helps homeless individuals and families attain long-term self-sufficiency. HomeStreet Bank is a Seattle-based private bank.
EarthLink announced Dan Moffat is leaving as president of New Edge Networks. Moffat co-founded New Edge Networks in 1999 and Earthlink acquired the company in April 2006. New Edge Networks is based in Vacouver, and builds and manages networks for businesses and communications providers.

Seattle-based Clipper Navigation has appointed Eric Hess as sales manager for Destination Services Northwest. Clipper Navigation operates Victoria Clipper, Clipper Vacations and Destination Services Northwest.
REI has named Tom Vogl as vice president of marketing. Vogl was marketing director of Dell Inc.'s Asia, Pacific and Japan region.
Connie Sue Martin has joined Marten Law Group as an associate. Marten Law Group is a Seattle-based environmental firm.
CapitalStream has appointed Celeste Hauck to vice president of professional services. Capital Stream is a Seattle-based firm that provides software and consulting services to commercial banks and finance companies.
