Seattle-based general contractor Pennon Construction named project managers Eric Dormaier, Spencer Franks and Mac Sele as future leaders of the company. The three have a collective tenure at Pennon of over 45 years, with key roles in client services and company operations over the past decade. Pennon works in the industrial, low- to mid-rise office, tenant improvement and retail markets in the Puget Sound region.

U.S. Department of Energy

Doug Shoop retired as manager of the Richland Operations Office after 20 years with the U.S. Department of Energy. Brian Vance is the temporary acting field manager for the office, as well as for the Office of River Protection. Vance will coordinate the two offices and their contractors as Hanford gears up for low-level tank waste treatment by 2023.

The Walsh Group

The Walsh Group’s Seattle office hired Carla Genao as project accountant. Genao held a similar role at GLY Construction in Bellevue. For Walsh, she is working on a project for Bates Technical College.
