"Y Tu Mama Tambien" ("And Your Mother Too") begins as a carnal romp, with a teen-age couple in full unbridled lust, bracing the audience for a Mexican equivalent to, say, "American Pie."
It comes as a happy surprise, then, that director/co-writer Alfonso Cuaron's film deepens in impact and widens in meaning right up to its tumultuously moving conclusion.
