Changes in forms for federal A/E work causing concerns

  • Proposed changes to federal A/E procurement forms could make filling out the forms more time consuming, and limit the chance for a subcontractor to develop a relationship with the prime.

    As mentioned in my December column, the current federal A/E procurement forms are in the process of being replaced. This has drawn a good deal of interest in the architecture and engineering community, because any company that provides services to government agencies needs to keep these forms current.
