When the highest paid manager does the work of the lowest paid employee, profits decrease and job satisfaction plummets.
The way to overcome this is through training, delegation and mentoring. Delegating effectively encourages productivity from the lower earning staff members. And morale is boosted as the work becomes more challenging.
