Sorry. No new sketches, not even a doodle of the new Seattle Civic Square project, which officially got a developer and a design team last fall.
As managing director of Triad Development's team for the project, Bill Krippaehne's hesitation is understandable. His company is under enormous pressure to make a profit and also meet a large number of pre-conditions set by the city during the competition. Not to mention public expectations.
