In Wallingford, this question has taken center stage for many in the community as part of discussions and debate around Historic Wallingford's application to establish a National Registry Historic District in the neighborhood. After nearly three years of work and research, Historic Wallingford recently submitted its application to the Washington Department of Archaeology and Historic Preservation, a move that has been met with opposition from some, most notably a group called Wallingford for All.
