Enjoy eating peanuts at a restaurant and throwing the shells on the floor?

Me too. There's just something pleasurable about making a mess when you know somebody else will clean it up. But as shown by a Tennessee case called Freemon v. Logan's Roadhouse, Inc., letting customers discard their peanut shells on the floor also has its downside.
