    The ABC Framers Council is working to standardize construction materials and methods, such as how to build shear walls.

    BUILDERS USUALLY just gripe about frustrating construction issues that cost them time and money, but Scot Simpson has discovered some issues can be resolved if contractors, architects, engineers and building officials work together.
