Demand jumps for north end industrial space

    StockPot is nearly finished with its $80 million plant in Seaway Center. The soup maker is one of several tenants that have taken space in the business park.

    SEAWAY CENTER, the anchor development in Everett's southwest business park zone, was slow to start in the late 1980s but today it's nearing build-out at a rapid pace, with less than 30 acres remaining.
