King County creates more opportunities for MWBE design and construction contractors

    King County is increasing its efforts to give minority- and women-owned businesses greater access to design and construction work.

    King County Executive Dow Constantine this month issued an executive order strengthening pro-equity contracting, improving the existing program into one that is more pro-equity and increases the participation of minority- and women-owned businesses.
