Livin' luxury in Bothell
This craftsman-style lodge is the clubhouse and leasing office for the 268-unit Pinnacle Sonata apartment complex in Bothell.

Two stories high, the wood-framed clubhouse sits on 40 acres. Reflecting this rustic landscape, Baylis Architects of Bellevue combined heavy-timber columns and beams, custom-etched the slate fireplace and entrance, and had hardwood flooring installed throughout the 4,400-square-foot space.
