Mary Gates Hall
Hensel Phelps last year completed a $30.5 million restoration and addition to Mary Gates Hall on the University of Washington's campus in Seattle.

The contractor's job included restoring the 1928-vintage building and an addition that was built in 1949 -- plus constructing another addition that is visually seamless to the existing structure.
