West Edge is a 39-story mixed-use building at 1430 Second Ave., near Pike Place Market.
The building is designed to be an urban, active place, with 340 apartments and 7,000 square feet of retail.
On the eighth floor, a 5,000-square-foot :"sky bar" has glass floors that extend out over Pike Street, and two terraces connected by an 85-foot-high skybridge.
Apartments range from 500 to 2,700 square feet. Rents start at $2,075 for a one-bedroom and go up to $16,600 for a two-bedroom penthouse with a den.
There is a rooftop fitness center with views of Elliott Bay, as well as a large space for pets.
