Samis Land Co. is bringing a major project in the heart of downtown Seattle out of hibernation. It couldn't slumber much longer, not with the monorail planning a stop at the Second and Pine site.
It's rumored mega developer Opus Northwest will be Samis' partner on the deal. Our source eloquently says it's expected Opus, whose business model is to sell its interest in projects once they're built, "is going to retrade the snot out of this deal before it's done."
