Reinventing North City

  • Planners want a 'Main Street' look with housing on top of retail.

    It takes an urban village to get good retail. Or at least that's what Shoreline city planners and a multidisciplinary charrette team, including the North City Business Association, think when it comes to revitalizing the North City area, centered around Northeast 175th Street and 15th Avenue Northeast.
