SEATTLE -- "The Most Happy Fella," which opens at the 5th Avenue Theatre on Tuesday, follows the complications that arise after an aging vineyard owner proposes by mail to a lonely waitress who once served him in a San Francisco restaurant. Though she has no recollection of him, she accepts his proposal, in part because he sent her a picture of his handsome ranch hand.
