'Book Club Play' in Everett
EVERETT — The Everett Village Theatre will host performances of “The Book Club Play” through May 1. The play, a fast-paced comedy about books and the people who love them, tells the story of five friends in a cherished book club that become the focus of a documentary film. Tickets range from $59-$72.
Directed by Arlene Martínez-Vázquez and Jéhan Òsanyìn,The Book Club Play includes jokes referencing novels that audience members of all ages will recognize.
