Tere Foster and her six-person, luxury home selling team has moved from Coldwell Banker Bain to Windermere Real Estate's Bellevue West office. Foster's team has been selling more than $50 million worth of homes per year, mostly on the Eastside. Foster's sales now average more than $1 million per home. The team includes business manager and agent Justin Usey, listing manager and agent Louise Creighton, marketing manager and agent Mia Lumsden, listing agent Walt Sorenson, and showing agents David Foster and Don Skillman. Foster worked at Coldwell Banker Bain for 14 years. David Foster is her son, a Marine who recently returned from serving in Iraq. Her husband, Stanbery Foster, works as a trust and estate lawyer in Seattle.

Lincoln Square update Oct. 28

Kemper Development will update the Bellevue Downtown Association about restarting construction of the stalled Lincoln Square mega-project at a Tuesday, Oct. 28, breakfast gathering. The event will run from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Hyatt Regency across the street from the Lincoln Square site in downtown Bellevue. Kemper Development, headed by Kemper Freeman, took control of the stalled project this summer and plans to link it to Bellevue Square and Bellevue Place (which includes the Hyatt). Mike Parks to address NAIOP

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties will get a jump on the economic forecasting season at the broker and developer group's monthly breakfast meeting, set for Wednesday, Oct. 22. Michael Parks, editor and publisher of the Marple's Newsletter, will talk about the future of the Northwest economy. The event runs from 7:30 to 9 a.m. at the Bellevue Club near downtown Bellevue. NAIOP fall seminar Oct. 29

The National Association of Industrial and Office Properties will hold its all-day fall seminar on Wednesday, Oct. 29, at Meydenbauer Center in Bellevue. The event will run from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. and qualifies for continuing education credit. Presentations will include University of Washington's James Delisle on real estate forecasting for this region and Leibsohn & Co. on combining brokerage and property management. Northwest Hospital and Medical Center

Northwest Hospital and Medical Center, a not-for-profit hospital in North Seattle, added Dr. Carol Salerno to the hospital staff as an obstetrician/gynecologist. Her special interests include patient education, high-risk obstetrics, ultrasound, contraception and family planning, cervical dysplasia and gynecologic surgery.

Kibble & Prentice

Kibble & Prentice, a financial services firm with offices in Bellevue and Seattle, named Gregor Hodgson senior vice president. Hodgson, formerly a sales executive in the property casualty division of the firm, works with northwest businesses to design insurance and risk management programs.

Puget Sound Energy

Puget Sound Energy named Michelle Clements vice president of human resources and labor relations. She will oversee human resources initiatives for more than 2,100 employees. Clements was vice president of human resources at Eddie Bauer before joining PSE in September.

Rock City Grill

Rock City Grill, an Italian-American restaurant, will open at River Square Park in downtown Spokane. The restaurant will occupy a space formerly occupied by Chevy's Fresh Mex, which recently closed its only Spokane location. Rock City Grill is expected to open in November following six to eight weeks of construction and renovation.

Washington State University

William Marler was appointed to a second term with the Washington State University Board of Regents, on which he currently serves as president. Marler was first appointed to the board in 1998 and is a partner in the Seattle law firm of Marler Clark.
