Ryan, Swanson & Cleveland announced Jo Flannery and Mary Cotter have joined the Seattle law firm as members of the Litigation Practice Group. Flannery will focus on condominium construction defect litigation, products liability, professional liability and general litigation. Cotter will concentrate on regulatory and administrative law in the insurance industry.
Rainier Investment Management named Len Brennan as chief operating officer and principal. He is responsible for sales and client service as well as investment and business operations. Rainier is based in Seattle and is an independent investment advisory firm.
The Renton Technical College Foundation announced Deborah Ranniger is the new foundation director. Ranniger is the current president of the Kent City Council and has a background in education, as well as business and community involvement.
HuntMountain Resources named Matthew Hughes as vice president of exploration. He has over seventeen years of experience in precious metals exploration. The company is based in Liberty Lake and is a engaged in acquisition, exploration and development of precious metals properties in North and South America.

Zachary Ham recently joined Dykeman. Ham graduated from University of Washington with a master's in architecture, and is working on an elementary school for the Everett Public Schools.

Reynaldo De La Cruz joined as a senior designer and
Candice Erickson as architectural technician. Wasserman is responsible for business development in the retail environments studio, with a focus on specialty retail and lifestyle centers. Ramsing will serve as the lead technical architect. He is currently working on a schematic design for an auto dealership in Oregon. Cruz is working on conceptual designs for a store in Montana for Lowe's, and a 60-acre master planning commercial project in Virginia Beach, Va. Erickson is working on tenant improvements for a Sur La Table store in Corte Madera, Calif.

Marc Jenefsky was recently promoted to principal architect at DKA. He serves as principal-in-charge for revitalization of 22 high-rise buildings for the Seattle Housing Authority.

His background includes transportation planning; long-range planning; parking analyses and design; environmental planning; traffic operations; and transit planning.

Garry Squires to principal. Squires has been with the firm for 11 years. He is based in the Tacoma and Olympia offices, and specializes in geotechnical engineering for development and transportation projects. He is a consultant on the new east span of the Oakland-San Francisco Bay Bridge. Other projects include the new South 228th Street Corridor/Bridge across the Green River in Kent, and the Canyon Road East northerly extension that includes a bridge.

Walsh is working on residential projects in Seattle and Bellevue. Goss is working on a mixed-use project in Hollywood, Calif. Bastero is working on a residential project in the area.
Callison Architecture added senior interior designer Stephen M. Bustos to its workplace studio, which designs corporate interiors. Busto contributed to interior projects for Lockheed Martin and the satellite communication company PCS Solutions. He also designed interiors for Chipotle Mexican Grill's corporate headquarters, Molson Coors U.S. headquarters and HUE lofts in Las Vegas. He has completed projects in Europe, Canada, South America and the Middle East.
Mirai Transportation Planning & Engineering has three new employees. Janet Towle-Hall is designing traffic signals and illumination systems. Neha Rathi, an engineer-in-training, is conducting travel demand forecasting and traffic impact analyses. Robin Shrauner is assisting with traffic signal and lighting plans, as well as graphics for traffic impact analyses.
E C Co. recently added Dick Brandon as manager of E C Energy. The focus of the energy group will be power generation and electrical distribution projects including co-generation, substation, switchyard, powerhouse and utility distribution construction.

Kelly Stallman recently transferred to the Bremerton office of Parametrix as the computer aided drafting and design supervisor. Stallman has worked on the Bremerton Gateway, Bremerton Transportation Center, Evergreen Park Expansion, Kitsap Mall and surrounding area. She will oversee the daily CADD operations as well as provide design and project management support to the office. Stallman was chosen Employee of the year for Parametrix in 2002.
