Mechanical contractor Holaday-Parks hired Hank Monteiro and Jerry Moran as project managers, Brian Rhodes as a controls technician and Chauntel McClure as a general accountant. Monteiro is in the piping/plumbing division. He has 18 years of industry experience. Moran joined the building automation division and has more than five years of experience. He holds a bachelor's degree in graphic design from Central Washington University. Rhodes also joined the building automation division. He has more than 14 years of experience and holds a LonMaker User certificate. McClure works with payroll and accounts payable.
Rosendin Electric promoted William Mazzetti to vice president of engineering and chief engineer, Larry P. Hollis to vice president of business development and Steve J. Foxworthy to vice president and general superintendent. Mazzetti is a registered engineer in 14 states and has 22 years of industry experience, including 12 years heading up Mazzetti & Associates. Hollis has been an electrical foreman, estimator, project manager, division manager and director of business development at Rosendin. Foxworthy has 30 years of electrical experience, 25 of those with Rosendin. He and Hollis are graduates of the IBEW apprenticeship program.
Longitude 122 promoted Lonnie Oldham to general superintendent and hired Jason Hill as assistant superintendent. Oldham has been with the firm for three years. Hill is working on the Point Edwards development in Edmonds.
The Washington Restaurant Association has hired Tom Lally as director of business development. Lally was with the Washington Retail Association. The Washington Restaurant Association is based in Olympia.
Cdigix has appointed Mark Brodsky vice president of university sales. Brodsky was with eCollege. Based in Seattle, Cdigix provides digital entertainment and educational media on demand to the college market.
Washington CEO Magazine is under new ownership by the Sabey Corp. and is introducing content and design revisions in this month's issue. Bob Ritter joined the magazine as publisher in the spring after 34 years in newspaper journalism. Leslie Helm, former Tokyo correspondent and Boston bureau chief for Business Week and the Los Angeles Times correspondent in Seattle, is executive editor.
Image Ink Studio has hired Thomas Hession-Herzog as senior designer. He was graphic design manager for Quadrant Homes. Image Ink Studio is a graphic design firm located in Bellevue.

Rufus W. Lumry III has resigned as a director of InfoSpace. Lumry served on the board of the Bellevue-based mobile content provider since 1998.
Seattle firm Gable Design Group will create a new logo for King County using the image of Martin Luther King Jr. Gable Design Group was founded in 1985 by Tony Gable. King County was originally named after Vice President William Rufus Devane King, an Alabama slave owner who died shortly after taking office.
Ken Pascoe has joined Bank of Everett as senior vice president and commercial real estate officer. He was with Wells Fargo Bank.
IronStone Bank has named John Keller as regional executive for northern California, Oregon, Washington and Colorado. He is based in the bank's Folsom, Calif., branch. IronStone is a subsidiary of Raleigh, N.C.-based First Citizens BancShares.
