Seattle-based Hadley Green Creates, a marketing agency, hired Loren Mader and Erica Woodburn. Mader is a designer. She worked with Blue C Communications in Newport Beach, Calif. Woodburn is the receptionist. She worked for Red Robin and Maggiano's Little Italy.
The Washington State Hotel & Lodging Association named Suleiman Dalmar Outstanding Lodging Employee of the Year. Dalmar is a valet parking attendant at the Hilton Seattle Airport & Conference Center.

Medford, Ore.-based Pacific Retirement Services, a developer and manager of retirement communities, hired James Munn to be executive administrator of Mirabella Seattle, a continuing care retirement community under construction in South Lake Union. Munn is executive administrator of Cascade Manor, a PRS project located in Eugene, Ore. He will administer both.
Helsell Fetterman, a Northwest legal firm, promoted Nathan H. Watson to firm administrator. Watson was finance manager.
Bellevue-based Ascentium Corp., an interactive, marketing and technology consulting firm, hired Kimberly Eiring as chief financial officer. Eiring has 20 years of financial leadership experience and worked with Wild Tangent, The Cobalt group and Two Degrees. With her hiring, former CFO Randy Lieber moves into a strategic business role leading the company's mergers and acquisitions efforts.

Colliers International acquired Hodges Gilliam & Dana, an Olympia-based investment real estate firm specializing in commercial brokerage, forestland services and property management. This gives Colliers “depth in the expanding Olympia-South Sound market,” according to Glen Esnard, president of Colliers International's U.S. Brokerage Division. The partnership is effective immediately. Colliers has four offices in Washington. Troy Dana is president and CEO of Hodges Gilliam & Dana. Piper Group International negotiated the sale and assisted in the closing.
Chambers Bay, the links-style golf course developed by Pierce County, has been rated by Golfweek as the Best New Golf Course for 2007 and Best New Daily-Fee and Municipal Course for 2005-2007. It ranks No. 2 on Golfweek's list of Best New Courses of all types, including private and resort, for 2005-2007. Golfweek's course rankings are based on input from 400 raters.
Bellevue-based BSquare, a provider of mobile solutions to the global embedded community, hired Rajesh Khera as vice president of products. Khera was director of mobile solutions at RealNetworks.
Banner Bank promoted Gregory Foxx to vice president/Seattle middle market lending team leader. He was vice president/client manager on the Seattle middle market lending team. Foxx joined the bank in 2004. It has 82 branch offices and 13 loan offices in 27 counties in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
