Tarragon promotes Kristen Link

Link

Tarragon named Kristen Link senior development manager. Link has been with Seattle-based Tarragon for four years as a development manager. She has overseen Kent Station Apartments, a 154-unit complex set to open in May 2016, and the first phase of Salmon Creek Corporate Park, a 134,000-square-foot industrial project in Sumner that opened this year. Tarragon develops residential, industrial, office and retail projects in Washington, California and Nevada.

Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce hired Brie Jensen in the Seattle office as a senior director on the industrial team. She was a partner at Pacifica Law Group, and she also worked at Socius Law Group, Jameson Babbitt Stites & Lombard and K&L Gates. Cushman & Wakefield said Jensen's background will be an asset in solving legal issues that can slow negotiations. Cushman & Wakefield | Commerce is based in Salt Lake City and along with its sister company, Cushman & Wakefield | Northmarq, manages more than 52 million square feet of retail, office and industrial property.

Bothell has hired Dean Perez as human resources director and Barbara Ramey as communications officer. Perez worked for Clatsop County, Oregon, as director of administrative services, supervising human resources, information systems and emergency management. He has 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Ramey was a communications specialist at King County Elections, managing media relations, social media and ethnic media campaigns. She has 25 years of experience in municipal, county and corporate sectors.

Lasher Holzapfel Sperry & Ebberson has added Christopher J. Yoson to its estate planning, trusts and probate practice group. His practice concentrates on estate and trust work as well as probate and tax planning for family businesses. He worked as general counsel for a Seattle insurance brokerage.

Wilson Engineering of Bellingham hired Jenifer Ramsey as a project engineer, Anthony Cavender as a permitting specialist, and Brian Smith and Ryan Griggs as design engineers. Ramsey has 12 years of experience in civil engineering with a focus on stormwater treatment and sustainable stormwater management. Cavender was with Sudden Valley Community Association in Bellingham. He has a background in stormwater management, natural resource management and permitting. Smith was with the city of Tacoma. He has experience designing facilities and infrastructure for drinking water, wastewater and stormwater. Griggs holds a bachelor's and master's in civil engineering from Washington State University.

Qu is from Dalian, China, and holds a bachelor's in engineering. She also has a master's of fine arts in interior architecture from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. Davis has been a journalist at Puget Sound area publications for over 20 years, and is founder/executive director of Seattle Women in Jazz. Hormann worked at a Winnipeg architecture firm for three years, designing and managing medium scale residential projects. She holds an undergraduate degree in environmental design and a masters of architecture. Salus provides planning and design of health care facilities.

She also assesses upland and in-water permitting requirements. SoundEarth is a West Coast-based environmental consulting firm.
