RealNetworks named Cary Baker chief financial officer and treasurer. Baker was CFO at Heat Software and NetMotion Software, and held senior roles at Clearwire, Boost Mobile and Sprint. He succeeds Marjorie Thomas, who is taking a job at Allen Institute for Brain and Cell Sciences. RealNetworks creates apps and services for digital media.

First Sound Bank hired Debora Webber as senior vice president and relationship manager of commercial lending. She has worked at Key Bank and HomeStreet Bank.
Medi-Weightloss has opened a Lynnwood location. Dr. Jackie Riddick is medical director and Nisha Ramji is the owner and physician assistant. Nicole Inglesby is the registered dietitian nutritionist. The program focuses on nutrition, lifestyle and exercise. About 130 franchises have been sold in 31 states.

Skagit Bank promoted Peter Cutbill to chief lending officer, and hired Matt Carmichael as a new VP and commercial loan officer in the Ballard office. The bank has a new mortgage loan officer, Heather Lawler, in Arlington. Skagit Bank VP and branch manager Becky Taft was named the Boys & Girls Clubs of Skagit County Volunteer of the Year.
HomeStreet Bank said Senior Vice President Mark R. Ruh will become interim chief financial officer. He joined the bank this year from Commerce Street Investment Management.
Dr. Suzanne Johnson will be the next president of Green River College. She is vice president for academic affairs at Suffolk County Community College in Long Island, New York, and starts July 1, succeeding Interim President Scott Morgan. Johnson was dean of Dowling College, and interim president of the Sylvania Campus of Portland Community College.

Cushman & Wakefield Commerce said Taylor Hazard is transfering from the firm's Denver office. The Seattle native will focus on the industrial market. With an undergraduate degree and MBA from the University of Denver, Hazard was named Cushman & Wakefield's Rookie of the Year in 2014.

NBS Financial Services has hired Colin Ceithaml as a financial anlyst on the Seattle loan origination team. He moves from Sunrise Mortgage and Investment Company in Pasadena, California., where he supported a $2 billion loan servicing portfolio with property inspection reports and third-party vendor coordination.

Investco Financial Corp. hired attorney Alee Allen from Riddell Williams, where she specialized in real estate leasing, acquisition, disposition, financing and development. In a statement, Investco's Angela Humphreys said, “Alee is already a trusted and valued member of the Investco-Tarragon organization and we're pleased to have her as a part of our team.” Investco and Tarragon are affiliates. Allen has a law degree from the University of Texas.
As reported last month, the CBRE team of Tom Pehl and Lou Senini sold the four-building, 10-acre Willows Commerce Park on behalf of Blackstone Group to Kennedy Wilson for about $75 million. CBRE also arranged a five-year loan of $48.9 million for Kennedy Wilson. CBRE said that Brad Zampa, Mike Walker and Megan Woodring of CBRE's San Francisco office arranged the five-year, full-term interest-only, floating-rate acquisition financing. Zampa said in a statement, “In this phase of the cycle, we have been continually surprised by a steady stream of new outlier capital sources reaching into our West Coast markets.”
Tacoma is offering a free commercial leasing workshop, led by CBRE's John Bauder and staff from the city's Community and Economic Development Department.
