Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County named Brett D'Antonio as CEO. D'Antonio had been interim CEO since Gail Luxenberg left the nonprofit last fall. He joined Habitat Seattle-King County a year ago as COO, following nearly four years as executive director and four years as construction manager at Habitat for Humanity of Island County.
Seattle-based mobile advertising analytics company Marchex appointed Donald Cogsville to its board and Russell Horowitz as executive chairman. Cogsville is CEO of The Cogsville Group, a New York City-based private equity real estate investment firm. Horowitz was executive director at Marchex. Anne Devereux-Mills, who was board chair since 2016 and a director since 2006, retired from the board.
The Tacoma City Council needs to fill one position on the five-member Public Utility Board. The board oversees management and operation of Tacoma Public Utilities, which includes Tacoma Power, Tacoma Water and Tacoma Rail. Board members serve five years. Applications are due April 25 at http://www.cityoftacoma.org/cbcapplication.






In Seattle, Lease Crutcher Lewis hired Rob Brotherton as senior project manager, Aaron Wofford-Miles as people services manager, Sindhoori Sridhar as senior brand and visual communications designer, Catherine Lane as senior project engineer, Mikhail Grace as project engineer and Jeri Mar as rental coordinator. Brotherton worked at Lewis from 2007 to 2014, and holds a construction management certificate from the University of Washington. Wofford-Miles has 19 years of human resources experience and studied business administration at the UW. Sridhar has nine years of graphics design experience and holds a bachelor's in fine arts in graphic design from Rutgers University. Lane, LEED AP, holds a bachelor's in architecture from Georgia Institute of Technology and spent much of her career in architecture project management. Grace has eight years of industry experience and holds a bachelor's in construction management from Michigan State University. Mar has over 30 years of construction experience and works at Lewis' yard in Bothell.

The Seattle office of The Walsh Group hired Anna Thomas as project engineer. Thomas worked at Tactile Architecture in Berlin and recently earned bachelor's degrees in civil engineering and architectural studies at the University of Pittsburgh. She is working on the Denny Substation project.

Spokane-based Bouten Construction Co. hired Scott McGlocklin as director of preconstruction services. McGlocklin comes from Graham Construction, where he was a senior project manager for seven years. Prior to that, he was a project manager at Bouten for seven years.

Brad Sholl is director of ice rink operations at Everett Community Ice Rink, which is run by Spectra Venue Management. Sholl managed ice rinks and oversaw hockey and skating programs for over 20 years in California, including a 16-year stint as general manager of Toyota Sports Center.
Stewart Title appointed Debbie Stevens as vice president of business development for the Puget Sound Division. Stevens has more than 30 years of escrow and title insurance experience. She comes from WFG National Title Co. and prior to that owned Escrow Partners, a title and escrow agency that was sold to First American Title Insurance Co.
Magnolia Shell is now a U-Haul neighborhood dealer of trucks, trailers, towing equipment and moving supplies. The business is at 3317 W. Government Way in Seattle. It is owned by Waseem Nasif.
Habitat for Humanity Seattle–King County raised more than $1.3 million at its recent fundraising luncheon. The money will be used to promote affordable homeownership. During the luncheon, Habitat recognized Delta Airlines with its Community Leader of the Year award and Kip Korder with its Volunteer of the Year award.
