Ankrom Moisan has promoted 18 team members, who have demonstrated a strong commitment to designing smarter and going beyond for their clients and communities. The recent elevations include the appointment of four associates, seven senior associates, one associate principal, four principals, a studio co-leader, and a senior director of marketing.

Emily Lamunyan has been promoted to senior director of marketing. Brad Bane has been promoted to Affordable Housing Studio co-leader.

First Interstate Bank

Brian Wyse has joined First Interstate Bank as a Seattle-based accounting senior manager. In this role, Wyse is responsible for financial functions and activities including investments, derivatives, fixed assets, accounts payable, and internal reporting. Wyse has over 15 years of experience in the financial industry, previously serving a variety of accounting and finance roles for Alaska Airlines, Starbucks, and HomeStreet Bank. An active community volunteer, Wyse has dedicated his time to Aurora Commons, a community living room serving unsheltered residents of North Seattle. He served as board chair for nine years and was recently honored with the Impact Award at the Aurora Means Dawn Gala. First Interstate is a community bank headquartered in Billings, Montana.

South Sound CARE Foundation

Senecal

After more than 40 years in clinical practice, Dr. Frank Senecal is stepping into an expanded role as chief medical officer of the South Sound CARE Foundation. Senecal will retire from Northwest Medical Specialties (NWMS) to fully dedicate his efforts to bringing cutting-edge treatments and clinical trials to patients in the South Sound. In 1985, Senecal founded Hematology Oncology Northwest, which later merged with Rainier Hematology Oncology to become Northwest Medical Specialties. “Seeing our practice grow with the support of local physicians and our incredible patients has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my career,” said Senecal. “While I may be stepping away from my clinical role, my commitment to advancing cancer care remains as strong as ever. I'm excited to continue this work through South Sound CARE, where we're bringing the latest research and treatments directly to the patients who need them most.” Since founding the South Sound CARE Foundation in 2008, Senecal has been instrumental in expanding access to clinical trials, innovative therapies, and leading research — allowing patients to receive world-class care close to home. To honor Senecal's new chapter, a celebration will be held on June 11, from 4-7 p.m. at Narrows Marina.

Glenfarne Alaska LNG

Glenfarne Alaska LNG, an affiliate of Glenfarne Group and the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation (AGDC) have signed definitive agreements for Glenfarne to become majority owner of Alaska LNG, the sole federally permitted LNG export project on the U.S. Pacific Coast, and lead its development to construction and operations of the entire project. Alaska LNG is designed to deliver North Slope natural gas to Alaskans and Alaska utilities and export up to 20 million tons of LNG per year. Under the agreement, AGDC is divesting 75% of 8 Star Alaska, a subsidiary AGDC created to hold and manage all Alaska LNG project assets, to Glenfarne. Glenfarne assumes the role of Alaska LNG's lead developer and will lead all remaining development work of Alaska LNG from front-end engineering and design through to a final investment decision. AGDC remains a 25% owner of 8 Star Alaska and a key partner to Glenfarne on the project. Following a successful final investment decision, the state of Alaska will retain a 25% share in 8 Star Alaska and have the option to invest up to 25% in any or all of the three 8 Star Alaska subprojects. Glenfarne Group is a privately held developer, owner and operator of energy infrastructure assets based in New York and Houston. AGDC is an independent, public corporation of the state of Alaska charged with maximizing the benefit of Alaska's North Slope natural gas though the development of infrastructure to deliver gas to local and international markets.

UBS Wealth Management USA announced that Amani Y. Harris has joined the firm as a first vice president and portfolio manager in the Seattle office. Harris joins the firm's Pacific Northwest Market, led by Rob Giordano, market executive, and Kevin Janke, associate market executive. Harris manages over $180 million in client assets for families and individuals. His approach centers on helping families create and sustain dynamic wealth across many generations. He is joined by Julie Hall, client service associate. Harris is a U.S. Army veteran. He brings over 20 years of wealth management experience to UBS and joins from Morgan Stanley. UBS is headquartered in Zurich, Switzerland, and operates in more than 50 markets around the globe.

Menlo Dental Transitions hired Luke Kapper as a practice advisor. Kapper will support dentists throughout the Pacific Northwest and surrounding areas as they navigate practice sales, acquisitions, and ownership transitions. He will offer personalized guidance tailored to each practice's goals, drawing on his experience in dental lending and business strategy. With nearly two decades of experience in the dental industry, Kapper has worked with both Bank of America Practice Solutions and Huntington Practice Finance, participating in over $1 billion in health care-related lending. His expertise spans practice acquisitions, multi-practice lending, real estate, project lending, and ground-up construction. Menlo Dental Transitions is a dental practice transitions brokerage headquartered in Tempe, Arizona.

Ogletree Deakins

Adam Cuff and Sharan Singh have joined labor and employment law firm Ogletree Deakins' Seattle office. Cuff joins as senior counsel. His practice focuses on employment law, and he defends employers in courts and in front of agencies on a wide range of issues from discrimination to compensation. He also advises employers on issues including disability, gender/sex, race/color, sexual orientation, national origin, religion, and veteran discrimination, retaliation, harassment, leave, and wage/hour lawsuits (including class actions) in the federal district and state superior courts in Washington and Oregon as well as charges in the federal Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, the federal Department of Labor Wage & Hour Division, and the Washington Department of Labor & Industries. Cuff earned his J.D. from the University of Washington School of Law. Singh recently joined Ogletree Deakins as an associate. Her practice focuses on representing employers in a range of labor and employment matters with an emphasis on labor arbitrations and unfair labor practice hearings. Delta Dental of Washington named John Quirk as its new chief legal officer. Quirk has been serving in this role since August of 2024. Quirk has been a licensed attorney for more than 19 years, and has supported several organizations in-house, including Amazon, Group Health Cooperative, Kaiser Permanente, and Providence/Swedish. In his new role, Quirk will provide legal, regulatory and other strategic support. Additionally, Quirk currently serves as a board member, secretary and executive committee member for Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound. He graduated magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration with an emphasis on accounting from the University of Portland. He also earned a juris doctorate from Seattle University School of Law, and an LL.M in Taxation from New York University School of Law. Bellevue-based Icertis, a global provider of AI-powered contract intelligence, named Shashi Mandapaty to its Strategic Advisory Board. Mandapaty was most recently the chief procurement officer at Johnson & Johnson, where he led global procurement of more than $30 billion across 35,000 suppliers to drive innovation and value by embedding procurement into the broader business ecosystem.
