CBD office space coming to Renton

  • The $22.5 million project would mark a substantial step in downtown Renton's remake from auto dealerships to an urban center.

    Renton's aggressive downtown redevelopment has advanced to the next step of attracting a new office building proposal, as well as a fresh slate of apartment and condo projects.

    Office and residential builder Dick Loman of Oakhurst Development proposes creating a six-story office building at the southwest corner of Main Avenue and South Second Street.
