How big will Amazon get?

While the deal is great news for Clise, economist Matthew Gardner said it's not so good for other Seattle developers, at least in the short term.

After Clise Properties' blockbuster deal with Amazon.com, one wonders how much more office space the world's largest online retailer might ultimately take in Seattle.
