Harbor, Urban merge and add AREA as financial partner

Urban Partners started Kavela, a 63-unit apartment project in Roosevelt-Green Lake, before forming a new company with Harbor Properties. Johnson Architecture and Planning designed the project, and Bartlett Design Co. is the interior designer. Chinn Construction is the contractor, and KCMS is managing construction.

The long-anticipated merger of Harbor Properties and Urban Partners also includes a financial partner that will let the company expand in Seattle and beyond.
