Real Estate Buzz: Opus keeps churning it out in Fife
Opus Northwest has targeted 120 fresh acres on which to build the development company's fourth Fife industrial park, while deals close on selling the last parcels in Opus' other parks there.
The prolific Bellevue-based division of Minneapolis-based Opus Corp. has tied up 120 acres of farm land in Fife owned by John Kaiser on which Opus intends to create Fife Landing South, according to Todd Clarke, Opus' broker on the deal from Kidder Mathews & Segner.
