Real Estate Buzz: Lozier, Conner start building at Talus

A couple of single-family home builders bought land in the master-planned development called Talus, on the east side of Cougar Mountain in Issaquah.
Conner Homes and Lozier Homes closed on lots for the first phases of what would eventually total 114 new homes in the 630-acre master-planned community, according to the Intracorp partnership named Oly/Intracorp General Partnership that's developing Talus.
