Real Estate Buzz: Regus signs King County to BofA lease

King County signed a short-term lease for 47,200 square feet in the Bank of America Tower in downtown Seattle through Regus Business Centres.
Regus leases space in office buildings around the country, equips the space as ready-to-use office suites and then rents them out to businesses that want the convenience and flexibility of short-term usage. Regus controls a total of 86,200 square feet in the BofA Tower.
