As condominium development continues to churn, another Seattle residential segment -- townhouses -- is showing signs of explosive growth.
That's the assessment of commercial real estate appraiser Mike McMahon, a partner of Columbia Valuation Group in Shoreline. His report shows the supply of new townhouses is barely keeping pace with demand.
