Real Estate Buzz: Public Safety Building plan 'revisited'

The Seattle eyesore known as the Public Safety Building is finally coming down. If anyone knows what will happen to the full-block site, please contact us because the folks at City Hall aren't quite sure. At least not yet.
Not that there isn't a blueprint. Six years ago officials adopted the Seattle Municipal Civic Center Master Plan, which is full of high-falutin' language. Consider this passage in the introduction:
