Even though it is the Puget Sound region's largest landlord, Equity Office knows bigger isn't always better.
That's why the company may downsize its planned City Center II in the Bellevue central business district from 800,000 square feet to 500,000 square feet, says Equity Senior VP Patrick Callahan. "The larger you build, the more risk you have. It would be better if we could go quicker on a little smaller building."
