Real Estate Buzz: Rumors fly over Four Seasons penthouse

You can't walk down the street without tripping over this hot rumor: A condominium in the planned Four Seasons tower is going for $45 million.
One version has Craig McCaw buying the top two floors. Another person says, no, Bill Gates Sr. has put money down on just the top floor. By Monday, the stories were coming at us almost by the hour, so we were compelled to start dialing.
