One of the largest development tracts in the region has been pulled off the market. But don't expect it to remain in limbo forever.
Last summer the Mull family listed a nearly 30-acre site on the south side of Interstate 90, near the state Route 900 exit in Issaquah, with Pacific Real Estate Partners. There was no officials asking price, but PREP's Steve Schwartz was targeting around $33 million.
