As residential condo fever sweeps downtown Tacoma, developer Don Arsenault thinks office condos might be the next big thing. He and business partner Thomas Ossinger are so confident that they're placing a $3 million bet on their hunch.
It started with a forgettable office building at South Ninth and G streets that Arsenault bought for $1.45 million three years ago. Originally, he planned to renovate it and lease the space. The Tacoma City Attorney's Office was interested in the whole building until the tragic case of former police chief David Brame unfolded.
