Pryde + Johnson has bought an approximately 1.5-acre site at 714 E. Pike St., between Harvard and Boylston on Capitol Hill, and intends to develop a mixed-use complex there.
Norman Enterprises Inc. got nearly $8.96 million for the property, which now houses BMW Seattle. The dealership has five years left on its lease, and may relocate before the end of it, according to Curt Pryde.
