Prices of high-end condos in King County should be stagnant in the near future, but the prices of lower-end units should rise.
That's what Glenn Crellin, director of the Washington Center for Real Estate Research at Washington State University, found in the center's first comprehensive look at the market for new, converted and re-sale condos in King and Snohomish counties.
