Real Estate Buzz: Alexandria adds to its Seattle portfolio

Alimited liability company associated with Alexandria Real Estate Equities, which specializes in biotech and research and development space, has bought another property in Seattle.
It purchased the Metal Arts Group Building at 400 Dexter Ave. N. for $6 million, according to public records. The structure was built in 1930.
