Many proposed apartment projects in King, Pierce and Snohomish counties that are slated to open between 2010 and 2013 will either be delayed or dropped, according to Dupre + Scott.
Due to the poor economy and credit crunch, 70 percent fewer units will get built in those counties in 2011 than the apartment research firm had earlier predicted. Fifty percent fewer will be built in 2012 and 2013.
